How it works:

Identifying need- We use a Training need Analyser Tool (TAT) tool to identify the intervention required, in terms of training.
A TAT will help you to identify what training might be required to bridge the gap between an employee’s current skill level and the skill level that you need them to have.

Create Module - We customise modules based on the clients training needs. We strive to boost the productivity of your front liners by refining them, making them more effective and enhancing their morale.
We keep in mind the time availability of the employees while designing the modules.

Training - Our training team ensures that the session is interactive and involves simulation techniques to prepare them for real time situations. Mock situations and one- to-one sessions help the trainee to get personalised intervention.

Effectiveness analysis- We encourage feedbacks both from the client and the employee to understand the efficacy of the training session.

Through our regular interaction with the front line / shop floor employees we understand feedback in terms of current processes or the challenges they encounter and suggest changes to the client using six sigma methodologies.
